THE CHAKRAS
Sound Healing and Vibrational Medicine of Crystal Bowls
The word chakra is Sanskrit for wheel or disk and signifies one of seven basic energy centers that act as information data processing centers in the body. The chakras correlate to the levels of human consciousness from the most basic, which is the body, through emotions, relationships, mind states all the way up to our experienced spirituality. By studying the chakras we can discover the potential of the human energy system. Chakra relate to developmental stages of life, colors, sounds, body functions, and much, much more.
The crystal bowls have the capacity to be tuned to the exact frequency of each chakra. The crystal aspect of the bowls are able to hold the energy vibration and light of that chakra in a powerful and safe way as to be a resonant guide for the chakra to come back in to wholeness or raise its vibration even higher. The sound resonating from each of the crystal bowls is a pure form of this healthy vibration that can resonate with the crystalline and vibratory aspects of thoughts and cells. Each bowl will affect not only an aspect of the physical body but also the emotional and spiritual aspect of that energy center as well.
