The third chakra located in the solar plexus represents our strength of character, honor, ego and our individuality. Personal power, self confidence and self esteem in the 3d release aggression and manipulation of others and lead to non-dominating power. We individuate and set boundaries in the this center and become our own person outside the laws of our family and tribe.

Yellow is used to help us express or spontaneity and outgoing individuality. It bring clarity to our actions. Clearing the third chakra is done through movement, dance and right action. It teaches effortless power to take action in the world and fill personal needs physically, emotionally and spiritually. Heals allergies, arthritis, colds, digestive issues, heartburn, liver issues, memory, MS, nerves, prostate and skin.
