Sound, Creative identity, oriented to self-expression
The fifth chakra located in the throat and represents our ability to communicate our truth and creativity. It expresses who we are on the inside out to the world through the symbolism of words and expressive actions. Expression can be through our work, music, speaking or any self expression that brings us joy and enthusiasm. In this chakra we can speak our needs and choose what is good for us and what is not knowing that our truth will be supported in the world.

Blue is stabilizing, quieting, cooling and peaceful. The creative force in life where visions are communicated through words. The fifth chakra opens our self-expression and creative place in the world. It is where unconscious addictions are voiced, challenged and released. Blue is used for deep relaxation. Blue restructures muscle tears and bone breaks and forms a template the human form. It the voice to resonate with the entire body.
