Crystal Bowl Meditation and Sound Healing

Living a vibrant life starts with feeling your energy flow through you. Come join Rhys and his crystal bowls for a wonderful evening of relaxation, rejuvenation and vibrational healing. The focus of the evening will be to energize and balance each of your seven energy centers known as chakras through the deep vibration and resonance of the crystal bowls.
Rhys will use the crystal bowls tuned to each of the chakras, guiding you into a very deep meditative state bringing deep peace to each of the participants. This workshop is finished with an open discussion of the experiences. Rhys will give energetic readings when requested.
This is an experiential workshop, bring a blanket, pillow, and a journal.
