Come join Rhys and his crystal bowls for a wonderful evening of chakra awakening and clearing through yoga, meditation and sound healing. The combination of gentle movement, inner calming and vibrational resonance with crystal bowls will bring a powerful sensation of balance to each of the participants.
The program will begin with a chakra based yoga class,Rhys Thomas will play the crystal bowls throughout the entire program to deepen the experience. You will be guided through the chakras from 1 through 7 to open and clear each one of tension and stress, and then Rhys and the bowls will guide you back down through the chakras for deep integration and relaxation.
