Camp:

10% Discount if either applies:

  • A camper registering for 3 or more weeks of camp
  • Family registering 3 or more children attending the same week at camp

Registration Policies

REGISTRATION: Camper applications along with the Emergency Information Form and the non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will be accepted on line or by mail beginning January 2008. The camp Web site is www.rhysthomastennis.com. All forms can be downloaded to be mailed. E-mail confirmation is sent out within 2 weeks of receiving the completed application.

DEPOSIT FEES: Camp deposit is $100 per week for each child. Example: Two children in the same family sign up for 5 weeks between the two of them. The deposit is $500.

REFUND POLICY: If the applicant is accepted, a place will be reserved and a confirmation will be e-mailed. The Deposit will then be credited against the program fees. Deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable. A refund of the tuition balance will only be issued in the case of serious illness or injury, request must be accompanied by a doctor's note.

WAIT LIST POLICY: If it is necessary to wait-list the applicant, the deposit will be processed. When acceptance is confirmed, the deposit will be applied to the program fees.

Wait-listed applicants can be enrolled at any time, even up to the start of the wait-listed session. If the wait-listed applicant cannot be enrolled or elects to withdraw, the deposit will be refunded in September.

PROGRAM FEES: Program fees are payable in full by May 1. Statements will be mailed in March and April. Campers with an unpaid balance after May 15 cannot be guaranteed a place in camp. Applications received after May 1 will need to be paid in full at time of application. Weekly camp rates are $480. In 2008, Dana Hall will supply an excellent cafeteria-style lunch for all camp programs. The lunch program is mandatory for all campers. The lunch program fee is $45 per week for each camper. The lunch program fee is not eligible for discounts. (Campers signed up for the weeks of June 9-13 and/or June 16-20 should bring a thermos and a peanut free bagged lunch)

EXTENDED DAY: Extended Day campers must pay in full when program fees are due.
